Fundraising Manager

As part of the Executive Leadership Team, this role is responsible for the generation of funds for Scouts Victoria, through strategic planning and day-to-day operations of the fundraising team.  Fundraising activities include; donations, grants, annual fundraising activities including Scouts Victoria’s Monster Raffle and annual Christmas Tree Drive and Government and philanthropic funding opportunities on both a State-wide and local level. 

Risk and Safety Officer – part time

The Risk and Safety Officer is responsible for supporting the delivery and implementations of Scouts Victoria’s Safety Strategy.  They will play an active role as a member of the Scouts Victoria Operational Safety Leadership committee and perform initial analysis and reporting into incidents. The role will also assist in development and implementation of Scouts Victoria’s risk and safety principles and emergency management plans, as well as ensuring Scout’s Victoria employees and volunteers meet safety requirements.

Fundraising Coordinator

As part of the fundraising team, this role is responsible for assisting with the generation of funds for Scouts Victoria, through the coordination of Fundraising activities incuding; donations, grants, annual fundraising activities including Scouts Victoria’s Monster Raffle and annual Christmas Tree Drive and Government and philanthropic funding opportunities on both a State-wide and local level.

Child Protection Case Manager

The Child Protection Case Manager is the first point of contact for issues relating to Child Protection.  They will perform initial reporting and investigations into child protection matters which includes new cases and historical cases.  They will be responsible for putting together a report of their findings and recommendation to present to the Personnel Team.  The role will also assist in development and implementation of child safe practices and will sit as a paid member on the Child Safe Standards Ongoing Monitoring and Implementation Team. 

Content and Document Writer (12 month Contract)

The role of the Content and Document Writer is to ensure internal and external documentations meet the organisational requirements including branding and are written with the end user in mind.  This role will support a number of head office and volunteer departments to ensure all written documentation is of professional level.

Facilities Project Support Coordinator

The Facilities Project Support Coordinator will apply construction project management skills to enable Scouts Victoria’s facilities project plan.  Working closely with the Facilities Project Manager, the role will assist with the technical aspects of construction and refurbishment projects as well as support and update the stakeholders through the life cycle of the project.
