Welcome to Scouts Australia's new Chief Commissioner
Recently our Chief Commissioner, Brendan Watson, paid a quick visit to Government House, Canberra, to join fellow Chief Commissioners for the investiture of the new Chief Commissioner of Australia, Phil Harrison. Phil, who first joined Scouting as Cub Scout in 1978, was invested by ACT youth members and the Chief Scout of Australia, His Excellency General the Honourable Sir Peter Cosgrove AK MC (Retd), our Governor-General.
We wish Phil every success for his term leading Scouting nationally.
