Teams and Patrols
The Scouts Victoria STEM team is a diverse group of youth members, leaders and other adults who are committed to promoting STEM opportunities within Scouting. These individuals have varied skill sets and many hold multiple roles within Scouting.
STEM Youth Council
The STEM Youth Council meets regularly to plan STEM events and contribute to STEM & Innovation initiatives across the State. They develop activities and resources to promote STEM in Scouting and make key decisions about the STEM priorities in Victorian Scouting. If you are a Rover, Venturer or Scout over 12 years of age who has a passion for STEM and would like to join the Council please get in touch.
STEM Experts in Scouting
Scouts Victoria keeps a register of STEM experts who are available to support youth with completing STEM & Innovation Special Interest Area projects, provide advice and support to youth or leaders organising STEM themed programs or facilitate STEM program delivery at a State level. If you have STEM skills and would like to volunteer to be added to the list please let us know!
Specialist STEM Teams
There are existing teams within Scouts Victoria that specialise in different STEM fields. They provide program support to individuals and groups and are always looking for enthusiastic new members!
