Carlton Scout Hall

12 Shakespeare Street, Carlton North 3054

The historic Carlton Scout Hall is the closest dedicated Scout Hall to Melbourne’s CBD. A stone’s throw from a city tram stop, the Hall is a great base for meetings, workshops, and city-camps for Scouts.

The Scout Hall also features a stage in the main hall, which makes an excellent base for presentations and lectures.

Accommodation

The Carlton Scout Hall sleeps 60 people on BYO mattresses or stretchers.
Accommodation is available for Scouts only – no public accommodation or overnight use.

  • The hall has trestle tables and chairs to seat around 60 people, with standing room for 100.
  • The kitchen includes a fridge, microwave, oven, electric urn, freezer and toaster. A full gamut of cookware is available to use by Scouts. A BBQ is available.
