SCOPE OF WORKS

• Upgrade of existing and aged Scout halls to meet current building standards. The proposed Scope of Works includes roof replacement, a new kitchen, new disabled ramp, new internal toilets with disability facilities. There is extensive internal and external refurbishment to fabric and finishes as well as supporting services infrastructure.
• Replace all existing weatherboards cladding with fibre cement weatherboards
• New shed & signage
