Get Active Kids Voucher Program - Information for Group Leaders

Round 10 of the Get Active Kids Voucher Program will open in February 2026.

Remind your families that Round 10 is coming soon. Encourage eligible families to save the date for the voucher applications.

Claiming Round 9 Vouchers

This form is only to be filled out by Group Leaders. Parents, please supply your Get Active Kids Voucher to your Group Leader. Vouchers issued in Round 9 must be claimed before December 19, 2026.

Get Active Kids Voucher Code Submission

If families did not apply for a voucher in Round 9, they will need to wait for Round 10. Parents who did apply would have been emailed a voucher code which they need to provide to you. The voucher code will look like G9-2996540-XXXX, with XXXX being a unique code for each child.

This voucher code needs to be submitted to us here so that Scouts Victoria can claim the $200 and forward it to your Group's account when it’s received. 

Vouchers issued in Round 9 must be redeemed before December 19, 2026.

For youth members that are still in the process of joining/trialling:
Vouchers can be submitted for families that are still trialling or in the process of joining. Simply write 'Trial' in place of a membership number on the submission form. Do not wait to submit claims for these families, or they will miss out on the funds.

Membership fees for these families must be managed locally by your Scout Group. Please edit the trial to say 'My Group will invoice parents'. If you need assistance making this change please speak to memberservices@scoutsvictoria.com.au. You Group can then organise payment of fees from the new family, less the $200 which is coming from Get Active Kids.
