State Scout Council
The State Scout Council is made up of the Scout Commissioner for each region; the State Commissioner, the Assistant State Commissioners and the State Leaders for the Scout section; and a patrol of Scouts from around Victoria.
2025/2026 Youth Member applications
This year the State Scout Council has updated the selection process for the Youth Members on our council.
We are now selecting our new Youth Members via an application process rather than a selection from the youth members who attend the State Wat-Pu-Tjarra each year.
We're happy to announce that applications are now open for any interested Youth Members in the Scout section to apply to be apart of the State Scout Council.
Applications will be open until the 13th June 2025

What does the State Scout Council Youth Members do?
The Youth Members on the State Scout Council provide an important link for the council to the views, thoughts and ideas of the current members of our section.
