Jon has spent 20 years in the community sector in a range of diverse areas that include youth, drugs and alcohol, mental health, obesity and sport, with organisations including Outward Bound Australia, The Australian Drug Foundation, Mission Australia and the RSPCA.
He has worked at a local, state and national level in designing, managing and evaluating a broad range of services.
Jon is known for his ability to develop strategy, lead organisations through transformational change and for his analytical thinking. He has a track record of improving efficiency of operations and for developing businesses through successful tendering, advocacy and establishing strategic partnerships. He is currently gaining some practical experience of Scouting as an Assistant Scout Leader.
Michelle is an experienced and highly engaging marketing professional with a passion for delivering creative excellence and a superior customer experience.
Skilled in campaign management, cross channel marketing, marketing communications and brand management.
Michelle is known for building and maintaining strong relationships, delivering results in line with business strategy and has an acute eye for detail.
Michelle is also a Group Leader at 1st Ballam Park Scout Group.
Rosemary Redgrave

Leanne oversees the financial planning and management of Scouts Victoria. This includes budgeting, cashflow management, taxation, payroll, accounts payable and receivable as well as reporting and audits.
She has overseen the introduction of Xero accounting software to Scouts Victoria and created a paperless office for the Finance Team.
A day in the office will see herself and her team dealing with a diverse range of financial management, from major projects such as the multi-million dollar requirements of a Jamboree, to simply ensuring a Group’s utility bill is paid.
Prior to Scouts Victoria she worked in a number of corporate and charity organisations, in the roles of finance manager and partner.
Nicolas Tao

Nicolas Tao is responsible for the development, implementation and support of various Applications, systems and infrastructure to support the business operations of Scouts Victoria.
Nic has a Bachelor in Business Information Systems, Prince 2 Practitioner and ITIL Certifications and member of the ACS.
Over 10 years of experience in leading application development projects.
He is passionate about improving operational efficiency via the application of technology. Ability to understand the business requirements and liaise with the technical team to achieve the necessary technological solutions.
