The 12th Victorian Cuboree will be held at Gilwell Park, near Gembrook. This is the largest Scout campsite in Victoria, and has been the location of all eleven previous Cuborees.

Cuboree will be held from Monday 28 September to Friday 2 October 2026. That's five days and four nights of adventure!

Cubs and Leaders will arrive by buses during Monday, participate in three full days of activities on the Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, then head home by bus on the Friday.

31 May 2026 – All Cub applications must be submitted, system closed on 1 June

30 June 2026 – All other applications are submitted, system closed on 1 July

August 2026 – “O Day” (Orientation Day) – Leaders and adult helpers can attend a briefing to learn the details. Pickup of merchandise. Exact date to be advised

2 weeks before Cuboree – Bus routes, pickup points and timings provided

25-27 September 2026 – Setup of Cuboree camping units by parents, Groups and Districts

28 September – 2 October 2026 – Cuboree 2026 Event

3-4 October 2026 – Packup of Cuboree camping units by parents, Groups and Districts

A deposit must be paid by credit card at the time an application is submitted (an additional transaction fee will apply).

There are four steps to applying and being approved to attend Cuboree.

1. Generate a PIN. Click on the "Get Your PIN" button on this page (under the Cuboree logo), or click here. This will take you to a webpage where you will enter your contact details. This is matched to your membership record with Scouts Victoria. If a match is found, an email will be sent to the primary contact listed in the membership record. The email will contain your PIN, membership number and a link to login to create your application form.

2. Complete your Application. Use the link in the email from step 1, or click on the "Apply to Attend" button on this page, or click here. Enter all details for the application, upload an appropriate photo.

3. Pay your deposit and Submit your Application. Once your application is complete, you will need to pay a deposit to attend Cuboree. This payment will be made from within the application system. A transaction fee for this deposit will apply.

4. The Group Leader / Leader in Charge will review and approve the application. Once approved, you will be sent an invoice for payment of the remaining event fee.

The PIN details are emailed to the email address registered with Scouts Victoria. Email addresses can easily be changed by contacting either your Group Leader or Member Services. Unfortunately, the Cuboree Admin team cannot change the email address on file for you.
