Logging in to Scouts | Terrain for the first time

Whether logging in for the first time or ongoing, you will use your child’s membership number and a password to login to Scouts | Terrain. If your child’s 8-digit membership number is unknown please contact your Group Leader or your child’s Section Leader. 

If you’re a parent who has multiple children in Scouting, you’ll need to use the membership number and password of the child you are supporting at the time. If these children are in different youth Sections, then you could open up multiple accounts logged in at the same time using different browser tabs!

Please note, when logging in for the first time, you will enter their date of birth as their initial password in this format, including hyphens, YYYY-MM-DD. For example, if they were born on the 1st of June 2011, you will enter 2011-06-01.
