Guest Speaker Announced - FOS Vic World Scout Day Dinner
Peter Blatch OAM has officially been announced as the Guest Speaker for the annual Friends of Scouting Victoria World Scout Day Dinner.
Peter is the only Australian currently elected to serve on the World Scout Committee, the peak body of world Scouting. Peter follows in the footsteps of other Australians who have contributed at the world level, including Neil Westaway AM, Dr Norman Johnson OBE, and Bruce Garnsey MBE AO. Peter is a well-known and highly regarded Leader in many roles in Queensland, a long-serving director of the Brisbane Gang Show, the former National Commissioner for Adult Training and Development, and a Life Member of Scouts Australia.
