Congratulations to our Australia Day 2022 award recipients!
Across Australia a select group of Scouting people was named in the Order of Australia list.
In Victoria, we’re proud of David and Janet Bryar of 1st Ivanhoe who were both awarded the OAM. David has also held the role of State Leader Sailing and is currently State Leader Sea Scouts in the Adventurous Activity Team. As well as a Leader role at Ivanhoe, Jan also has the role of District Leader Cub Scouts at Banyule. We’re grateful for their service to Scouting and proud of their achievements.

Kathryn Presser, Treasurer of Fullerton Scout Group in South Australia, was recognised with an AM.
We’re also extremely proud of our members who were honoured in their local communities. These include:
- Terri Verberne - Citizen of the Year for Maroondah
- Hannah Leverton - Myrtleford and District Young Achiever
