ScoutHack is an Information Communications Technology program that provides digital resources and development opportunities for youth members to explore the world of digital creativity.

ScoutHack events occur over a 48 hour period where youth members are taught how to build and manage websites. Our inaugural course had 20 participants, all who developed extraordinary capabilities at the camp, and left feeling confident and skilled in web development, ready to explore the digital frontier.

We’re proud to say that the content taught is similar to that of University ICT subjects, yet Scouts, Venturers, and Rovers all demonstrated proficiency and mastery of the subject material that puts their university counterparts to shame!

Details on ScoutHack events are published at, and are advertised in Be Informed in the lead up to the event. Please make contact if you would like to join in the fun supporting this program area.
