Tells the story of the life of the founder of the worldwide Boy Scout and Girl Guide movements using his own voice and illustrations with historical film and photographs. Made within 20 years of his death, the film was intended to pass on his story and vision for the movements to a new generation of Boy Scouts and Girl Guides.
